They are so blorbo from my brain...you guys have no idea

The filters only work one at a time! As of right now I don't see the need to make a more complex one. Also, the random button will take you to a character profile that currently exists.

Characters tagged "finished" has an existing page already. "incomplete" means they have a profile but it's a WIP, while "missing" means they don't have a page yet.
