Okay. Wow. Hey. It's been a while, huh?

It's been a little less than 3 years since I made my last blog post. And uh. My explanation for that is...I just got busy. But also mostly I wasn't really all that stoked to manually update my blog format every time. I'll admit it. It wasn't good. Adding on to personal matters were interest matters, as I didn't completely abandon this site for the better part of 2024/2025...I was just focused on a completely different part of it.

I have a pretty extensive to-do list of things that I wanted to update/implement on my site, and for some reason I'm getting the coding kick now. Well, it's better late than never.

This all started when a good friend of mine, Rock from Geoledgy fame, showed off his site gallery this January. And I was like oh that's so cool! Reminds me I should set up mine too. Then somehow I bruteforced my way into making my own PHP system that (somehow) works? I'm honestly really proud of myself for figuring that out. Many thanks to kalechips once more for their awesome resources that I frankensteined together. Look at my featured gallery to see it in action!

And that's how I ended up with this blog format too, so it's much easier to manage. It basically works on the same superglobals system so that setting up the pages on my end isn't super repetitive. On the topic of updates, I also finally set up an RSS Feed!! Crazy stuff I know! This was a long time coming but it's really so funny how easy it was to just set up. I could've done that a long time ago...well that's fine. Styling this thing is gonna take some time but it's not high in my priorities right now.

After revisiting my site, some other updates in mind are reformatting of some pages—nothing drastic, I also just want to use less images if I could (cough the card-layouts of works, stories, and my homepage cough). And then I'll also have to update some info in many pages such as my links and about pages (my website info page has a lot of outdated information, HELP). And eventually, I'll be overhauling my main site's color themes. I want to simplify them down to 4 themes instead of 6.

Okay, what else? Oh right, personal stuff.

January 2024, I graduated from college. March 2025 I got accepted into my first job. December 2025 I finally got myself a PC to replace my old laptop. Nothing else much going on really.

Heh, I jest...sorta! I really don't care for divulging too much of what's going on in my personal life, but it's...been a lot. It's all been manageable though. What I do wanna share is that I want to do some more crafts this year. Do some sewing, recycling, all that jazz. Will update this if I ever do anything funky.
